We provide full exam entry services for GCSEs, Functional Skills and A Levels — and we specialise in supporting candidates who require Access Arrangements or Reasonable Adjustments.

Access Arrangements
If the candidate requires any support or adjustments to take exams fairly, please indicate below. These may include arrangements approved by JCQ.

Supporting Evidence for Access Arrangements

To process Access Arrangement requests, we require supporting evidence showing the candidate’s normal way of working or medical/learning need.
Acceptable evidence includes:

  • Form 8 completed by a qualified assessor

  • EHCP stating specific exam adjustments

  • Educational psychologist or specialist assessor report

  • Medical consultant letter (GP letters alone are not sufficient)

  • Mock exam scripts, IEPs, or school-based statements

MBN Arts Exam Centre collects personal and sensitive data (e.g. health or educational information) under UK GDPR and the Equality Act 2010 to manage exam entries and reasonable adjustments.


Information is stored securely and shared only with awarding bodies (e.g. JCQ,) for the purpose of arranging exams and confirming eligibility for Access Arrangements.

Evidence is retained only for the required regulatory period and then securely deleted.
